The Marketing & Sales Engineer Manager is the lead of Sales Team. S/He will setup sales strategy, monitoring the sales results, understand the market situation (market share & market size), manage budget plan, maintain customer management, coaching team to meet KPI. The responsibility of this position will be building, maintaining, connecting with new and existing customers as developers, contractors, owners, consultants, architecture, engineers, fabricator in order to provide the best support to meet business’ goal.

• Active participation to establish annual strategy, budget, design and implementing business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence;
• Maintain good relationship and service with existing and new project owner, developer, contractor, specifier, consultant, architecture etc. and attend customer complaint and conduct minimum twice a month to join visit with subordinate to their customer;
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team and sets pricing strategy, sale promotion and sales forecast;
• Maintaining the existing customers and expand new projects target;
• Increase new business opportunities by leveraging various products and/or market
• Identifying and reaching out to new potential project partners;
• Regularly meeting with stakeholders and business partners;
• Working on cross selling opportunities with the internal and external customers;
• Co-operate with supply chain team on the timely delivery of the items and submit on time the products forecast to make sure do not have product shortage;
• Initiative on customer management data;
• Addressing customer service issues as raised by the business partners;
• Working closely with the marketing team for arranging marketing material, share competitor marketing activities and give feedback;
• Implementing project marketing plans set out by the Product/Marketing team;
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting on sales KPI’s within subordinates;
• Manage the sales teams to ensure delivery of team member KPI’s, and providing training /coach where necessary to the teams; Keep management informed through monthly reports on sales performance, realistic forecasts, activities in all project and market situation

• Bachelor’s degree in management, sales & marketing, civil Engineering or other equivalent
• At least 3 years of experiences in sales & marketing and civil engineer
• Ability to communicate with all levels particularly clients Good communicate skills in English
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential with a high degree of sensitivity for confidentiality
• Ambitious, flexible, eager to learn new things and problem-solving skills
• Passionately, honest, punctual, deadline, proactive, creative idea, and negotiation skills
• Presentation skills, customer relationships
• Possess valid driving license is preferable.
