Responsibilities and Duties
  • Coordinate with lawyers to arrange and finalise the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA).
  • Verify purchaser data and other information for accuracy before entering sales into the system upon notification.
  • Input confirmed sales into the system promptly.
  • Monitor and follow up on SPA signatories and facilitate the release of SPAs to lawyers for stamping.
  • Process legal fee claims for SPA/loan matters and submit approved claims to the Shared Services Centre (SSC).
  • Follow up with purchasers to secure loan approvals and ensure completion of loan documentation.
  • Liaise with purchasers, end-financiers, and solicitors to expedite loan documentation and facilitate timely disbursement before payment due dates.
  • Issue reminders, final notices, interest advisories, and termination letters to purchasers as required.
  • Manage purchaser loan applications, ensuring follow-up until confirmation of approval is received.
  • Collaborate with architects, lawyers, and bankers to ensure a seamless process for purchasers.
  • Finalise accounts by the 2nd of each month and prepare the monthly report by the 3rd.
  • Ensure all miscellaneous charges, such as maintenance fees, security fees, quit rent, assessment, water, and electricity deposits, are billed directly to purchasers during vacant possession.
  • Oversee daily operational tasks, including cashiering duties (e.g., counting cash/cheques, posting letters, banking in cash/cheques). 
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum Degree/Diploma in Secretarial, Business, Marketing or the equivalent.
  • Must be computer literate, especially Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must be able to speak fluent English and Khmer. Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Possess pleasant personality, independent, and able to multi-task.
  • Quick learner, highly responsible, and able to take instructions clearly.
  • Preferably with experience in the property industry, which will be an added advantage.
