Job Summary

To implement operational excellence in accounting and taxation to comply the laws of Cambodia.
To Lead the finance department with high commitment and excellent leadership.
To be positioned as a CFO in the future.

Responsibilities and Duties

Well understanding IFRS Conversion and Impairment calculation.
Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure financial reports comply with regulatory requirements and company policies
Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and legislation
Coordinate with internal and external auditors for financial audits
Provide financial insights and reports to support decision-making processes
Prepare detailed internal financial reports and variance analysis
Review and recommend improvements to financial reporting processes
Implement best practices in financial reporting and accounting principles
Train and mentor financial reporting staff
To be perfect on accounting and taxation to comply with NBC and GDT.
To monitor and follow up new regulations from NBC, GDT and MEF
Other task assign by line manager and CEO

Qualifications and Skills

At least 3 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting and IFRS conversion.
Experience in an accounting firm is preferred.
Experiences in both Banking and Real Estates is mostly preferred.
Strong Communication Skill such as “brief” and “to-the-point Communication”
Shall be “Fluent in English”
Problem-solving skills
Strong leadership
Multi-tasking skills
