The Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the entire accounting and tax processes within the department. He/she will be working directly with the CFO/Head of Finance and the Consulting Firm for tax-related (TOI) matters.

• Ensure accurate and timely monthly tax declaration and annual TOI filing
• Assist head of finance on month-end close process.
• Assist head of finance on annual statutory audit
• Assist head of finance on tax audit
• Assist head of finance on risk management and internet control compliance and improvement.
• Drive system knowledge and new project initiative from HQ FINCON
• Assist head of finance on digital transformation project
• Support head of department on task of HRA related.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of Cambodian accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide actionable financial & taxes insights
