Job Responsibilities
- Handled payroll processing of employees and income tax payments,
- assisted in opening employees payroll account in local bank, prepared payroll related reports,
- worked closely with HR as regards timekeeping,
- leave benefits utilization,
- employees’ authorized deductions, relevant employees’ information and movement update on Company’s system
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- Knowledgeable in Cambodia Income Tax Laws, Accounting and HR Policies, Employees’ Statutory Benefits and Contributions, allowable deductions and Payroll System,
- Excellent Computer Proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Power point) and Payroll Software
- Very good communication, organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent Khmer and English Communication Skills
