Responsibilities and Duties

Effectively pitch pandasend’s value proposition, negotiate commercial deals, and implement brand strategies to boost visibility and drive vendor activation and order growth.
Work closely with the other teams to close opportunities, onboard new vendors, and drive their growth.
Stay informed and updated on industry trends, and competitor activities, and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Generate leads through research, networking, and outreach to build strategic partnerships while fostering trust with vendors by understanding their needs.
Develop sales forecasts, implement strategies, and assess effectiveness, consistently exceeding targets while working independently.
Support urgent and ad-hoc business tasks as required.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Outgoing and proactive personality with a positive attitude and a hands-on approach to challenges.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured mindset; experience using CRM tools is a plus.
Previous experience in cold calling, sales, or sales support is an added advantage.
Self-motivated, hardworking, and confident in working independently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Khmer.
