The Intern, Workplace and People Services will support general business operations by providing various administrative support activities as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines in the Administrative Services Function. Also will support the planning, coordination, and execution of various events within the organization.

• Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of the internal & external events in the company.
• Logistical Support: Participate in the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring all materials are prepared and organized, and the office stock.
• Managing the workplace is clean and comfortable for everyone.
• Administrative Duties: Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, preparing reports, and maintaining event calendars.
• Community Engagement: Represent the organization at events and engage with attendees to promote a positive experience.
• Standby at the front desk to support the employee needs
• Compliance: New Joiners document requirement,
• Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

• Pursuing or Completed bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or another related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), experiences using Canva or Cap cut, or another tool is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR, recruitment, or marketing is advantageous.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies and event management.
