Responsibilities and Duties

Creative Artwork: Designing localised, eye-catching visual assets for rider campaigns, announcements, and safety initiatives.
Rider Communication: Crafting clear, engaging, and culturally relevant copy/graphics for our official communication channels.
Event Support: Developing branding materials, banners, and digital assets for upcoming rider events and town halls.
Social Media & Competitor Benchmarking: Acting as the dedicated PIC (Person In Charge) to manage our rider-facing social media presence and ensure our content outperforms competitor engagement.

Qualifications and Skills

Native Khmer speaker with good command of English language
Self-confident, natural leader with a high sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
Strong IT skills: confident user of Excel, Google documents, spreadsheets, and smartphone apps
Good understanding of Phnom Penh areas and the street system.
Excellent people management skills: experience in coordinating teams and being responsible for more than 10 people is a must!
