Graphic Designer

• Design all event and communication asset (Flyer, poster, Promotion item, Recognition asset, Video, and creative design on promotion item)
• Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
• Produce drafts for review by team and make revisions based on the feedback received.
• Illustrate concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size, and style.
• Create these materials by hand or by using technology, including computer software programs. Adobe's Creative Suite—including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and more— is the standard in the industry and most employers expect designers to be proficient with ts program.

Video Editor

• Manipulating and editing film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience Monitor.
• Reviewing shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity.
• Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film.
• Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running.
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.

Event Coordination

• Prepare check list and material for event.
• Managing sound technical control
• Assist as cameraman and capture whole event and produce event highlight video.
• Organize & support in setting up event material.

Other Tasks

• Other related tasks assigned by head of department

• Degree in design
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• Excellence in Communication skills
• Excellence time management and organizational skills
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves.
