The Executive Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for driving revenue through catering services and event sales. This role focuses on developing client relationships, managing event bookings, and ensuring successful execution of catering events from inquiry to completion.

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for catering and events
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, schools, and private customers
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Prepare and present catering proposals, quotations, and customized packages
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and potential clients

Client Relationship Management

• Act as the main point of contact for clients from initial inquiry to event completion
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable menus and services
• Maintain a database of clients and ensure repeat business
• Handle client feedback and resolve issues professionally

Event Coordination

• Coordinate with kitchen, operations, and service teams to ensure smooth event execution
• Prepare event orders, function sheets, and detailed requirements
• Monitor event setup, service quality, and client satisfaction
• Ensure all events are delivered on time and meet company standards

Marketing & Promotion

• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and social media activities related to catering
• Participate in events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
• Promote new menus, seasonal offers, and special packages

Administrative & Reporting

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, contracts, and payments
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in catering, hospitality, or F&B industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of English (Khmer required; other languages are a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic sales tools
