Content Creator & Videographer with a construction background to join our team. This role will be responsible for capturing high-quality videos and photos at construction sites, editing content, and creating engaging posts for our social media platforms, especially Facebook page and TikTok. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in both construction and content creation, ensuring our projects are documented and promoted in a professional and creative way.

Strategy & Planning

• Research trending topics, industry trends, and high-volume keywords relevant to construction.
• Develop a content calendar to organize weekly and monthly content plans.

On-Site Content Capture

• Visit construction sites regularly to shoot high-quality videos and photos of project progress, team activities, and milestones

Video Editing & Photoshop

• Edit videos and photos to produce professional, engaging content.
• Maintain an organized library of photo and video assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns that highlight our projects and brand.
• Capturing high-quality videos and photos at construction sites, editing content

Social Media Marketing

• Create and manage content tailored for Facebook page and TikTok.
• Editing content, and creating engaging posts for our social media
• After written the content, make sure to check for grammatical errors, spelling
• Creative storytelling skills with attention to detail.

Publishing

• Proficiency in website analytics tools, ad serving tools, and marketing software.
• Ensure all content aligns with company branding and messaging.

• A bachelor’s degree in communication, English, journalism, marketing, literature, or any related field.
• 1 year up of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or related fields.
• Strong Knowledge of email marketing, newsletters, push notifications, and display advertising.
• Strong skills in video shooting, photography, and editing.
• Proficiency with editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or similar).
• Proven experience as a Content Creator and Videographer.
• Technical Proficiency Familiarity with image and video editing software, content management systems, social media platforms, and marketing software is essential.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, with strong communication and reporting abilities.
• Creative storytelling skills with attention to detail.
