Responsibilities and Duties

Tracks sales data and works to achieve sales team goals.
Communicate with tenant related to Sales & Marketing Activities.
Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies.
Research and collects trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
Creates and presents regular performance reports for management.
Keep yourself updated with each tenant’s sales and promotion activity
Implements and adheres to company policies and procedures.
Maintains excellent relationships with tenants and other departments.
Other tasks assigned by the management.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor degree or Junior in Business Management, Marketing or other relevant fields;
At least 1 years’ experience in Marketing and Contract leasing.
Possess strong proficiency in Excel.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Strong ability to work individually or in a team setting.
Excellent interpersonal and time management skills to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
Good oral and written English Language.
Be honest and trustworthy.
Hard work and be able to work under pressure.
Be patient, self-motivated and team building capabilities.
Team work, interpersonal, customer service skill and strong communication skill.
Be able to work with shift schedule (including evening shift, weekend and holiday shift).
