Responsibilities and Duties

Monthly Marketing Workflow (By Week)

  • Week 1 – Drop Purchase
  • List down the materials that the marketing team needs for each shop.
  • Send the list to Siri for confirmation.
  • After confirmation, send it to the Purchase_FDLG group so the manager can proceed with purchasing.
  • Draft promotion ideas for Kiddy Park to prepare artwork (Internal Team).
  • Week 2 – Campaign Planning
  • Conduct internal marketing meetings to plan M+1 campaigns for all FDL playgrounds and arcade locations.
  • Propose campaign mechanics, promotions, and content direction.
  • Assign tasks to the Designer and Content Creator after approval.
  • Get artwork from Yvonne for: Funderland Playground, Funmily Playground, KmengLand Playground and Game Land.
  • After getting the artwork from Yvonne, translate it and add clear pricing. When finished, inform Yvonne to schedule the post.
  • Week 3 – Artwork & Content Delivery
  • Follow up Shop Manager submit Sale report Before meeting with Yvonne
  • Meet with Yvonne (Freelance Marketing Agency) to discuss M+1 marketing
  • Documents to Prepare Before Meeting with Yvonne & Siri
  • Master Marketing Plan
  • Marketing strategy for Playgrounds and Game Arcade
  • Sales Report: ( FDL, FML,KL and GL )
  • Promotion & Pricing Review : ( FDL, FML,KL and GL )
  • Artwork should be delivered in Week 1 of the month.
  • Ensure final artwork and content are delivered on time.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to prepare materials for staff training and implementation.
  • Week 3 & Week 4 – Internal Briefing
  • Brief M+1 marketing plans to:
  • Playground Managers (Funderland, Funmily, KmengLand, and Kiddy Park)
  • Arcade Managers (GameLand)
  • Operations and Admin teams
  • Ensure all teams clearly understand the campaign execution and timelines.

Work with Mall

  • Coordinate marketing activities with:
  • Funderland – Noro Lane Mall
  • Funmily – Fun Mall
  • KmengLand & Gameland – K Mall
  • Kiddy Park – Exchange Square Mall
  • Share promotions, artwork, and captions with the mall.
  • Follow mall rules and deadlines.
  • Make sure mall posts and promotions go live on time.
  • Keep good communication with mall staff.

Graphic Design Coordination

  • Provide clear design briefs and ensure all artwork is:
  • On-brand
  • Kid- and family-friendly
  • Suitable for playground and arcade environments
  • Review and approve designs for:
  • Social media
  • Posters
  • Banners
  • TV displays-
  • In-shop materials
  • Oversee artwork resizing for multiple platforms.
  • Confirm shop sticker and print requirements and consolidate orders to reduce costs.
  • Conduct weekly Saturday meetings with the design team to track progress.
  • External Coordination
  • Ensure campaign visuals and information are sent to:
  • Mall management
  • School partners- External collaborators at least 3 days before launch.
  • Review influencer proposals and briefing documents.
  • Coordinate with vendors (printing, media, décor) and sponsors when required.
  • Assign weekly video and photo content topics aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Ensure content highlights:
  • Play experiences
  • Family activities
  • Facilities and safety
  • Promotions and events
  • Review all TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram content before posting.
  • Support shooting schedules and coordinate with playground and arcade teams.
  • Hold weekly Saturday meetings with the Content Creator.

Content Creator Coordination

  • Performance Tracking & Improvement
  • Analyze campaign performance, including:
  • Engagement
  • Prepare monthly marketing performance reports for management.

Digital & Social Media Oversight

  • Oversee Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Telegram channel strategies for all FDL brands.
  • Set content calendars and post approval deadlines.
  • Monitor engagement performance and recommend improvements to increase:
  • Brand awareness
  • Foot traffic
  • Customer interaction
  • Support influencer content planning and posting timelines.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 1–3 years of marketing experience (playground, arcade, retail, or mall-based preferred).
  • Able to plan monthly marketing campaigns (M+1).
  • Familiar with social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Basic knowledge of sales reports and promotions.
  • Able to work with designers, content creators, malls, and shop teams.
  • Organized, responsible, and good at follow-up.
  • Fluent in Khmer; basic English required.
