We are seeking a dynamic and proactive medical advisor to guide and lead our pharmaceutical sales and medical representatives in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The ideal candidate will have in-depth market knowledge of various prescription-based products, a proven track record in understanding of chemical formulation of different products, and the ability to forge strong relationships with key stakeholders and deliver trainings for sales and medical representatives.
Training & Development
- Deliver comprehensive training programs for Medical Representatives (MRs) and Sales Representatives to enhance their medical knowledge, product expertise, and communication skills.
- Conduct refresher sessions, workshops, and field visits to ensure knowledge retention and effective implementation.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Forge and maintain strong professional relationships with government doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals (HCPs).
- Act as a trusted medical resource for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of scientific data and product benefits.
Medical & Commercial Support
- Organize and host scientific meetings, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and product promotion events to drive awareness and sales.
- Support the sales and marketing teams by providing scientific inputs and aligning promotional strategies with ethical medical practices.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Provide feedback and insights from the field to contribute to strategy development and product positioning.
- Educational Qualification: Medical degree (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a medical affairs, clinical practice, or training role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of conducting trainings for MRs/Sales Representatives.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Willingness to travel extensively for training and stakeholder engagement.
