We are looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator who is passionate about food, social media, and storytelling. This role will focus on creating engaging short-form video content that highlights restaurant and grocery merchants on the platform, helping users discover must-try spots and hidden gems. The ideal candidate is comfortable on camera, stays up to date with social media trends, and enjoys turning everyday food experiences into compelling digital content that drives engagement and brand awareness.
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business goals.
- Script, film, and edit engaging short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) featuring restaurant and groceries merchants.
- Act as a relatable "foodie" personality, providing authentic reviews and highlighting "must-try" merchants and hidden gems on the app.
- Create engaging content for social media, in-app, blogs, and email campaigns.
- Plan, storyboard, and direct video content for marketing purposes.
- Act in video productions to represent the brand authentically.
- Manage and publish content social media TikTok platforms, ensuring optimal timing and formatting.
- Maintain and execute a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and key promotions.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
- Monitor content performance and optimize for better engagement.
- Stay on top of viral sounds, memes, and social media trends to ensure Grab remains relevant and top-of-mind.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience (1-2 years) preferred.
- Proficiency in video editing tools and storytelling techniques required.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and short-form video trends.
- Comfortable acting on-screen and managing multiple projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
- Passion for food, restaurants, and discovering new dining spots or hidden gems.
- Experience creating content for food, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance tracking.
