Travel Content Creator / Internal KOL is the Brand Ambassador to serve as our internal Key Opinion Leader and the official face of the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing the brand across major digital landscapes, specializing in short-form video production for platforms including TikTok, Facebook Reels, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

On-Camera Representation & Performance:

• Serve as the primary brand representative, host, and talent for all corporate short-form video content.
• Deliver high-energy, engaging, and expressive on-camera performances, adapting tone and style to suit various content formats (e.g., travel vlogs, educational travel advisories, narrative skits, and interactive Q&A sessions).
• Translate complex travel itineraries and brand concepts into relatable, engaging consumer-facing video narratives.

Content Strategy, Ideation & Scripting

• Proactively pitch, conceptualize, and develop innovative content strategies aligned with the agency's quarterly promotional goals and seasonal travel trends.
• Conduct daily market research on social media, trending audio, and industry shifts to ensure content remains contemporary and competitive.
• Author comprehensive storyboards and video scripts, ensuring alignment with the company brand voice and compliance standards.

End-to-End Video Production & Editing

• Manage mobile-optimized video production, ensuring appropriate lighting, audio capture, and framing.
• Execute advanced post-production editing utilizing CapCut or equivalent mobile editing software (including precise pacing, visual transitions, text overlays, music synchronization, and audio dynamic processing).
• Maintain strict quality control to ensure all visual assets reflect brand aesthetic.

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• Minimum of 1 year in content creation, social media hosting, public relations, or digital media production.
• A proven track record of creating high-engagement short-form videos.
• Professional On-Camera Presence: Exceptional self-confidence, articulation, and screen charisma. The candidate must be entirely comfortable and highly expressive in front of the camera.
• Technical Editing Proficiency: Advanced, demonstrable skill in using CapCut or professional mobile video editing applications.
• A strong understanding of audience retention techniques (e.g., hook timing, text placement, fast-cut editing) is required.
