Responsibilities and Duties

Prepare marketing materials for many brands of skincare products (retail and professional)
Do online marketing by posting and managing social media including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
Write interesting marketing text and prepare simple pictures (graphic design) to post about products
Be able to use AI tools to enhance marketing materials, including social media posts (text and images)
Help to organize and manage “real world” marketing events inside hotel meeting rooms and at clinics
Communicate effectively with customers (including doctors and retail customer

Qualifications and Skills

University (Bachelor) degree or equivalent is required
Pharmacy or Business Management degree is preferred
Experience working in medical supplies, pharmacy, skincare clinic, or healthcare business is a plus
Basic computer skills (Outlook, PowerPoint) and interest in skincare product marketing is required
Experience using AI tools is a plus (Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude)
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to join some international travel
Self-motivated with initiative and problem-solving skills
Honest and positive attitude
