This position exists to lead and handle all tax matters for Cambodia. The position is responsible for implementation of the company tax strategies and providing consulting and advisory in relation to Corporate Tax, TP, and Indirect Tax. This position is part of the Global Tax function and reports to Tax Director for APAC.

• Manage Cambodia tax matters and to ensure that all tax aspects of all operations of the entity are in line with Global Tax strategy.
• Pro-actively find opportunities to improve tax efficiencies and ensure tax compliance in line with Global Tax strategy and economic activities of the entities.
• Fully coordinate international tax angles of Company business model including BD activity, developments in RRP, and other business model developments.
• Supervise and coordinate tax & Customs audits and be the main point of contact for the external consultants.
• Ensure cooperation between Global Tax and Entity Finance and other local functions.

• A graduate of a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Tax, or Finance.
• At least 5 to 10 years of experience in domestic taxes in audit firms or in the business on similar position.
• International tax knowledge is advantage.
• Fluent in English and local language (Khmer).
• Proficiency with MS Office tools including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
