• Providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with the standards of Song Saa Private Island. 
• Serving food and beverages to guests in the assigned outlet ensuring that the highest standards are established and maintained.
• Ensuring guest's satisfaction and handle any problem, which may arise informing a manager of the problem and how it was resolved
• Undertaking table service and service preparation within a specified F&B outlet.
• Identifying potential problems and ask for assistance before breakdown occurs.
• Upholding the company beliefs and Brand DNA at all times to maximize guest satisfaction. 

Qualification & Experiences:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience at a similar position in a luxury hotel/resort.
• Knowledge of Food and Beverage products, menus and standards of service.
• Excellent English communication skills
• Able to live in a remote location and appreciation for island lifestyle.
