Project Sales Officer is responsible for implementing project sales activities to drive and achieve/exceed sales and revenue goals by developing, building and strengthening long-term relationships with customers. This is a salesperson that is willing to challenge all obstacles to reach PPE's business targets and goals.
- Run sales activities within the designated project area to achieve/exceed sales target volume.
- Keep update of and learn the product knowledge to make presentation/demonstration to customer and other sales actions, emphasizing product/service features and benefits during sales visit.
- Commit, focuses sales efforts to aggressively generate new sales leads/prospects. Capture all good opportunities and highly responsive in communicating with customer to obtain sales and achieve sales target.
- Plan and organize daily work schedule to regularly, adequately, daily call/meet and develop relationship with potential customer under the assigned territory.
- Regularly gather sales information, customer requirement, do market/price survey and competitor analysis (SWOT) to win business deal.
- Frequently monitor and check customer business and credit situation, payment history to ensure efficiency of payment collection and credit limit control.
- Coordinate in all activities through out the whole sales process and solve problem between staff and staff, between staff and external stakeholders (customers, partners, complaint, etc.).
- Update/maintain customer records/work to make up lost sales and develop new customer. Improve/build good relationship with existing and new customer relationship with new business to increase revenue.
- Coordinate with company's AR team to collect due/over-due payment from customer before accepting his/her new purchase order.
- Follow up with customer to confirm receipt of goods delivery as per customer purchase order.
- Build and maintain ongoing awareness of the company and its products.
- Submit on-time daily activity report to Project Sales Supervisor.
- Protects the company value by keeping information confidential.
- Other ad-hoc assigned by Project Sales Supervisor.
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Sales/Marketing or related field
- Experience in related field 1+ years
