Position Overview: Sales Consultant (Online) is responsible for engaging with potential customers through online platforms, promoting Tunsai’s professional cleaning and maintenance services, and converting inquiries into confirmed service bookings. The role focuses on providing consultation, understanding customer needs, and recommending suitable cleaning solutions. 

• Respond to customer inquiries through Facebook, Telegram, website chat, and other online channels.
• Introduce and promote Tunsai cleaning services to potential clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable cleaning solutions.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.
• Coordinate with the operations team to schedule service appointments.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure good customer experience.
• Coordinate with the CRM or sales team to record customer information and sales activities.
• Support online marketing campaigns and promotions to increase service bookings.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in online sales, customer service, or sales support.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Familiar with social media platforms and online communication tools.
• Ability to respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries.
• Good communication in Khmer and English.
