Position Overview: As a Sales Executive supports the Sales Manager by executing day-to-day customer acquisition, service consultation, and client follow-up activities across B2B, B2C, and service-based segments. This role focuses on engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting Tunsai’s cleaning and maintenance services to convert leads into active clients. 

The position is ideal for candidates from cleaning services, service industries, insurance, banking, or customer-facing sales roles, who are comfortable with field engagement, consultation-based selling, and relationship building.

Responsibilities and Duties

Client Acquisition & Service Consultation

  • Approach and engage potential customers through calls, referrals, walk-ins, and on-site visits.
  • Understand client cleaning and maintenance needs and explain suitable service solutions.
  • Conduct basic site walkthroughs and gather information for quotation preparation.
  • Educate clients on service benefits, scope, and long-term value.

Sales Execution & Support

  • Support the Sales Manager in executing sales plans and client acquisition strategies.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and service presentations.
  • Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline.  
  • Support contract conversion and onboarding coordination.

Relationship Management & CRM

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Update client information, meeting notes, and follow-ups in CRM or tracking tools.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat or additional services.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with the Sales Manager, Operations, and CRM teams to ensure service alignment.
  • Provide regular updates on leads, client feedback, and market insights.
  • Support promotional activities, campaigns, and sales events as required.
Qualifications and Skills

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • At least 1 years of experience in sales, customer service, or service advisory roles.
  • Background in cleaning services, service industries, insurance, banking, or facilities-related businesses is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Khmer and English.
  • Comfortable with customer engagement, follow-up, and basic negotiation.
  • Willing to travel for on-site client visits and field sales activities.
  • Basic CRM knowledge or willingness to learn.
