Job Summary

Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations in the Cambodian market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, leading the sales team, and driving revenue growth in alignment with the company’s global standards and values. 

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Order Management

  • Receiving and Confirming Orders: Receive and confirm orders through communication wit h the US sales subsidiary
  • Establishing Production and Shipping Plans: Establish production and shipping plans and perform order management system (OMS) input tasks
  • Managing Delivery and Lead Time: Manage delivery and lead time

2. Sales Analysis and Improvement

  • Tracking Sales and Inventory by US Distributor: Monitor sales and inventory by US distributor
  • Managing Sales of New Product Launches: Manage sales performance of new product launches

3. Manufacturing Cost Analysis and Pricing Support

  • Regular Cost Analysis and Margin Check: Conduct regular cost analysis and margin checks
  • Setting Sales Prices Based on Margin for New Products: Support setting sales prices bas ed on margin for new product launches

4. Channel-Specific Product Order Support

  • Supporting Channel-Specific Product Development: Support related departments indevel oping channel-specific products and communicate with the US sales subsidiary
  • Operating Regular Meetings with the US Sales Subsidiary: Address issues through regular meetings with the US sales subsidiary

5. Team Leadership

  • Leading the Team: Provide guidelines, training, and performance evaluations to team members
  • Enhancing Collaboration and Communication: Strengthen collaboration within the team an d with other departments, maintaining effective communication 
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
  • More than 3 years of experience in overseas sales support or supply chain
  • At least 2 years of experience as a team leader or in a managerial role
  • Preference will be given to candidates with work experience in the US
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with locals and lead a team
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English (required).
