We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Leasing Senior Officer to manage and oversee leasing operations for our property portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing tenants, maintaining tenant relationships, and ensuring occupancy targets are met, while providing excellent customer service.

• Identify and attract prospective tenants through various marketing channels and networking.
• Conduct property viewings and present leasing terms to potential tenants.
• Negotiate lease agreements, ensuring terms are favorable and compliant with company policies.
• Prepare and review lease contracts and related documentation.
• Maintain ongoing communication with existing tenants to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to optimize lease pricing and strategies.
• Achieve occupancy targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure properties are in optimal condition.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, tenant information, and lease agreements.
• Assist in marketing campaigns to promote available units.

• Proven experience in leasing, property management, or real estate sales.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of local property laws and leasing regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred.
