Role Overview: The Position Expansion Executive is responsible for onboarding new merchants (MEX) onto the GrabFood platform. This includes initiating contact, building relationships, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for merchants. The role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to merchant acquisition, and the ability to manage multiple onboarding tasks efficiently.

❖ Merchant Engagement:

- Contact potential merchants (MEX) and introduce them to GrabFood services.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with merchants throughout the onboarding process.

❖ Onboarding Process:

-Guide merchants through the onboarding steps to ensure they are successfully integrated into GrabFood.

- Collect and verify merchant information and documentation as required for setup.

Qualifications:

❖ Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

❖ Experience:

- Prefer 1-3 years of experience in merchant acquisition, business development, or a similar role. ❖ Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic knowledge of merchant onboarding systems. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
