Job SummaryThe Finance Manager oversees all finance functions for the group businesses. This role manages group-level financial operations, reviews and analyzes financial reports from each business, develops financial strategies to support business growth, and presents consolidated financial reports and insights to the Top management. Strong leadership, financial management, and strategic planning skills are essential.
Responsibilities and DutiesKey Highlights
1. Centralized food production financial management
2. Direct involvement in business growth and branch expansion
3. Opportunity to shape financial systems in a growing F&B brand
- Manage full accounting and finance operations as well as tax declaration and audit involvement
- Prepare and control budgets, forecasts and cash flow management
- Monitor food cost, production cost and operating expenses
- Support financial planning for new branch openings
- Oversee accounting records, monthly closing and financial reports
- Coordinate with operations on pricing, cost efficiency and margin improvement
- Ensure compliance with local tax and financial regulations
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in finance/accounting management, preferably in F&B or retail
- Experience with multi-branch operations is an advantage
- In depth understanding of costing, budgeting and P&L management
- Proficient in Excel and basic accounting software
- Effective team leadership with multitasking abilities, data analytical and accuracy
