• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to support strategic decisions and business performance; identify performance gaps and drive accountability for results.
• Ensure sound accounting practices, internal controls, and compliance standards.
• Oversee IT systems and digital initiatives that enhance efficiency and connectivity.
• Manage HR policies, workforce development, and team culture aligned with company values and goals.
• Oversee legal, compliance, and government relations activities effectively.
• Make decisions in the best interests of the company, balancing discipline, speed, and flexibility to enable growth and profitability.
• Align Finance and Administration functions with the company’s culture, objectives, strategies, and the needs of other departments.

• Proven experience in finance or business administration with senior leadership accountability.
• Strong business judgment, commercial awareness, and bottom-line orientation.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and change management skills.
• Demonstrated learning, growth, and continuous improvement mindset with an aggressive desire to compete in the marketplace and win.
• Preference for candidates with experience working in manufacturing companies, partnering with in-house sales departments, and collaborating with senior managers across all business functions.
