The successful candidate will be responsible for overviewing all Accounts activities within the company.
This is an exciting position for a junior candidate to get exposure of fast-paced working environment with a strong international dimension.
On top of the daily accounting and ad hoc administrative tasks will be required.
He / She will report directly to the Accounts and Admin Manager.
- Providing support to the Accounting Department
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, etc.
- Handling communications with clients and vendors
- Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
- Assisting with audits and resolving discrepancies.
- Associate’s degree in related field with work experience.
- Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing and communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
- Professional manner and a strong ethical code.
- Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
- Junior Candidates / Fresh Graduates will be considered
- The successful candidate shall demonstrate a strong knowledge of accounting field and general understanding of VAT related matters.
- He / She shall be IT savvy and have the capability to work autonomously in fast-paced environment.
