The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the whole accounting cycle, financial planning and analysis, cost control, or project accounting.

• Managing all stages of accounts receivable (quotation, invoice/billing, delivery report, customer statement, credit term, credit limited, cash collection and bank deposit process)
• Managing all stages of fixed assets {procurement, depreciation, reconciliation, sales/disposal and FA reporting
• Overseeing all stages of inventory processes (planning & forecasting, inventory tracking, inventory consumption and inventory reporting)
• Managing cash transactions, bank reconciliation and petty cash
• Managing cash advance and settlement are compliance with company policies
• To ensure that all of company transactions are recorded on timely basis before closing the period
• Preparing financial reports on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis with accurate data

Team Leadership

• To supervise accounting staff, training and problem solving
• To improve and enforce accounting policy; compliance is ensured for all accounting transactions

Sale process

• To issue quotation for customers
• To communicate and negotiate with customers
• Other tasks required by General Director
• Other tasks required by Finance Director and management

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; ACCA pursuing or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, cost control, or project accounting.
• Strong proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven experience in budget management, financial reporting, and cost tracking in a project-driven environment.
