Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage full-cycle accounting: Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow
- Oversee month-end and year-end closings, reconciliations, and audits; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle complex tasks like budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and tax compliance
- Supervise junior accountants and interns: Train on processes, review work, and foster team efficiency.
- Analyze financial data for trends, risks, and opportunities; advise on cost-saving and revenue strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3 years of progressive accounting experience in an accounting firm, including supervisory roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication for reporting to executives; knowledge of regulations
