Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct physical stocktakes (F&B, hotel supplies), monitor receiving/issuing, manage supplier relations, set reorder points, and control wastage/spoilage.
- Prepare daily/monthly cost reports, analyze budget vs. actual performance, investigate variances, and provide management insights.
- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies, assist with menu costing, optimize purchasing, and identify profit improvement opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to hotel policies, accounting principles, and health/safety standards (HACCP) in all stores and operations.
