We are seeking highly motivated and qualified individuals to join our team as Assistant Financial Planners in Phnom Penh. This role will play a vital part in achieving sales targets by collaborating with our bank partners and sales teams, providing innovative financial consulting, and building strong relationships with customers.

Working Hours:

• Weekdays (Mon–Fri): 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Weekends (Sat–Sun): 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Weekly Leave: 1 day of paid leave per week (taken on any weekday from Monday to Friday)

• Collaborate effectively with partners and sales teams to drive sales growth and consistently meet established sales targets
• Understand customer needs and tailor life insurance solutions to address their financial protection and long-term savings goals.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Maintain a good relationship with our bank partners to get more referrals.
• Provide exceptional customer service by actively addressing inquiries, offering valuable information, and supporting after-sales needs.
• Actively participate in company promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
• Execute additional tasks assigned by the line manager to contribute to the overall success of the team and company.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.

• High School Diploma or bachelor’s degree (required).
• Fresh graduate or minimum of 1-2years of experiences in sales, marketing, training…
• Strong convincing and influencing skills to guide clients towards informed financial decisions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and solution-oriented skills.
• Openness to embracing change and continuous learning and improvement.
