Job Overview:

The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing oversee financial planning, reporting and controlling for our growing F&B business. He/she will support central food production operations, manage P&L and budgeting and provide financial guidance for new branch openings.

• Manage full accounting and finance operations as well as tax declaration and audit involvement
• Prepare and control budgets, forecasts and cash flow management
• Monitor food cost, production cost and operating expenses
• Support financial planning for new branch openings 
• Oversee accounting records, monthly closing and financial reports
• Coordinate with operations on pricing, cost efficiency and margin improvement
• Ensure compliance with local tax and financial regulations

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in finance/accounting management, preferably in F&B or retail
• Experience with multi-branch operations is an advantage
• In depth understanding of costing, budgeting and P&L management
• Proficient in Excel and basic accounting software
• Effective team leadership with multitasking abilities, data analytical and accuracy
