This role provides support to the HR team in talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives. Responsibilities include coordinating sourcing and screening, managing the data pool, and handling documentation throughout the entire process until the offering and onboarding are complete. Additionally, this position supports career fairs and workshops according to the annual plan.
Recruitment Management:
• Organize and maintain records of important documents, including staff requisitions, job profiles, interview feedback forms, onboarding checklists, candidate profiles, and more.
• Regularly manage job postings across all recruitment channels, such as social media, websites, career pages, referral programs, as well as within the organization and through agencies.
• Assist in the shortlisting and screening of junior candidates for the recruiter and line manager.
• Coordinate interview schedules.
Onboarding Management:
• Arrange the onboarding process, which includes setting up orientation, sharing information about the new joiner with all relevant departments, managing the onboarding checklist, handling documents and materials, and announcing the new joiner on their first day.
• Assist in recording data from the onboarding survey and tracking the probation KPIs.
Employer Branding Management:
• Assist with preparations for the career fair or workshop by preparing both physical and digital materials and coordinating support from the marketing and facilities teams.
• Support in setting up the event venue, remaining on-site during the event, and gathering materials once the event concludes.
• Document data after the event has finished.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Be able to write and speak in English well
• Good at Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
