Responsible for recruitment projects under responsibility and ensure individual and contribute with sub-team’s financial target and KPIs, to do business development including HRINC branding, service marketing, customer service, and team spirit.
- Client’s Project Management
- Conduct screening, sourcing, interviewing, and shortlisting the best candidates to the clients
- List down candidate’s information, experience, expectations, motivations and compensation for client’s report
- Follow up on feedback with clients and candidates after the interview
- Update recruitment report weekly by sending wrap up email to the client
- Negotiate compensation package with client and candidate
- Manage resources effectively to get and qualify complete job orders.
- Recruitment Administration
- Manage job opening advertising on noticeboards, websites, online, and social media platforms
- Assist in building pipelines for candidate pools in Recruitment Management System (RMS)
- Update hiring status of client and candidate’s communication in system for recruitment tracking report
- Issue client’s invoice payment to Finance & Accounting team
- Do weekly achievement report to report to sub-line team leader.
- Business Development
- Build strong relations with either new, existing, or old clients
- Contribute to organizing business presentations, career fairs, events, etc.
- Contribute to marketing activities, product services, and employer branding
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Team leader/Manager.
- Holding a Bachelor of Business Administration or other related fields
- 1 or 2 years of experience in HR, Talents Acquisition, or Recruitment field
- Good English proficiency, both written and spoken
- Good Communication Skills
- Be able to use Microsoft suite and email
- Enjoy Teamwork
- Good Planning and Organizing Skills
