- Coordinate and support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and offboarding.
- Administer and maintain the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information.
- Assist in organizing staff training and development programs to support employee growth and company objectives.
- Address employee inquiries and guide on HR-related matters.
- Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and promoting a positive working environment.
- Stay up to date with local labor laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Provide reports and insights on hiring trends and recruitment effectiveness.
- Other tasks assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in recruitment, preferably in technology or financial sectors.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage.
