Job Summary

The HR and Admin Supervisor role is to assist the HR Admin Department by performing and supervising various HR and administrative tasks, clerical duties, and undertake a part of the daily Human Resources and Admin operation.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Lead in preparing job descriptions, requirements, and vacancy announcements.
  • Coordinate staff recruitment, selection, and new staff orientation.
  • Lead over staff ID card issuing and attendance management
  • Propose initiatives on staff's compensation and benefits
  • Oversee staff's performance and internal human resource management
  • Manage personal records of employees and prepare associated management reports.
  • Maintain overstaffing benefits and allowances (phone, transportation, uniform, and others).
  • Coordinate with the bank over staff salary (open a new account or any requisition).
  • Coordinate yearly staff evaluation and take part in strategic management planning.
  • Supervise the company’s transportation management (food, parking fees, and gasoline usage).
  • Monitor Workplace Health and Safety Management.
  • Maintain the internal announcement board and letter in/out.
  • File correspondence and other records.
  • Prepare agendas or programs for meetings.
  • Maintain good working relationships with your manager and your peer.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by a direct supervisor or CEO.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a similar field.
  • Proficiency usage of Office software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills, and a wide understanding of social issues.
  • Able to pay attention to detail and write clearly, concisely, and objectively.
  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to perform the role and mission travel when required.
  • Good at presentation skills and able to work independently.
