Responsibilities and Duties

Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure full compliance with the Cambodia Labor Laws and company regulations.
Assist in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training coordination, Filling SR, NH, MV in HCMS WEB, and employee engagement.
Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees, including handling employee relations and disciplinary matters.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee data management in the HCMS system.
Contribute to talent development and retention initiatives aligned with company goals.
Prepare HR reports and assist in regional HR projects and audits.
Support Cambodia’s target of community responsibility.
Oversee administrative operations, including office services, vendor management, lease support, and facility maintenance.
Coordinate expatriate support (visa, work permit, relocation) and ensure workplace safety and compliance.
Assist in managing outsourced workforce and controlling HR/admin budgets and costs.
Collect market intelligence for salary surveys regularly from the market

Qualifications and Skills

At least a bachelor's degree
Minimum three years of experience for an HR job in the regional/international companies.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Knowledge of HR, Salary control, and setup
Good communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and having Ability to work and manage team members.
Self-motivated, open-minded, supportive attitude
Fast learner and willing to learn new skills.
Able to work anytime, anywhere to fulfil the company’s requirements.
