Responsibilities and Duties
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with labor laws and company goals.
  • Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, contracts, payroll support).
  • Employee relations: conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct orientation programs to introduce company culture, policies, and procedures to new hires.
  • Identify training needs and design training & development programs to improve employee skills and performance.
  • Plan and coordinate training & development programs to enhance staff skills.
  • Manage performance appraisal system and ensure fair evaluation.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives (events, activities, recognition programs).
  • Ensure compliance with local labor law and regulations.
  • Prepare regular HR reports for management review.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and staff on HR-related matters
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven HR work experience (1–3 years for Executive, 3–5+ years for Manager).
  • Knowledge of Cambodian labor law (or relevant country labor regulations).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
