Recruitment and Selection
- Create Internal Job Description for all positions and update External Job Description when necessary.
- Analyze the positions that need to be filled and appoint the person responsible.
- Create recruitment plan with properly submitted to each department
- Review all personnel advertisements which are recorded for attracting, recruiting, and training.
- Compare all recruitment projects with the long-term strategic or daily short-term requirements.
- Review the timeline and assign tasks for all recruitment plans.
- Conduct the interview review all interview documents, and verify the decision.
Training
- Conducting a Training Need Analysis/Assessment to be used in the daily training work within the Budget Plan.
- Complete the daily training within the short-term work framework via KPI.
- Finalize the daily work within the framework of Training Need Analysis/Assessment for both technical and non-technical aspects. Use the Training Need Analysis/Assessment in the workflow and daily planning.
- Conduct training with suitable conditions and necessary resources.
- Utilize the daily training work with appropriate decisions and measures.
- Review the location and importance of all training and the need for appropriate training over time. Use a work plan and appropriate work measures over time.
- Review all documents in the Orientation Training work.
- Conduct Orientation Training for all new staff with decisions and review of decisions made at the same time.
- Training Record (list of names and results).
- Monitor and evaluate the work performed and the actual results.
Staff personnel management
- Review staff information once a month:
- Enter complete staff information
- Inform staff about their rights as employees.
- Provide an interview date at least once a month.
- Use the "New Staff List" to check staff personnel status after entering staff information, verify the "Birth Certificate" or "Address Certificate" across all file list.
- Always prepare a sufficient daily copy of the staff list.
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s Degree in related fields
- At least 4 years in related experience with 1 year in senior or supervisory level
- Clear, be patient at work and know how to adapt to environment and culture
- Can analyze, make decisions, or utilize knowledge
- Have empathy for other staff members
- Have good ideas and sufficient ideals in performing assigned tasks use of Microsoft Office programs
