- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with labor laws and company goals.
- Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, contracts, payroll support).
- Employee relations: conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct orientation programs to introduce company culture, policies, and procedures to new hires.
- Identify training needs and design training & development programs to improve employee skills and performance.
- Plan and coordinate training & development programs to enhance staff skills.
- Manage performance appraisal and ensure fair evaluation.
- Support employee engagement initiatives (events, activities, recognition programs).
- Ensure compliance with local labor law and regulations.
- Prepare regular HR reports for management review.
- Provide guidance and support to management and staff on HR-related matters.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven HR work experience with 2-3 senior/supervisory level
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills and adaptability.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
