- Collect staff information and prepare employee file
- Ensure Employment contracts and other agreements are signed and file properly
- To ensure the insurance is coverage for employee per company policy
- Filling documentation in order for each different client
- Check the monthly expenses claim from staff to ensure it is accurate and follow the company policy or agreement.
- Prepare and process payroll for employees
- Prepare payment voucher
- Calculated OT and other business claims
- Calculate salary and benefit tax
- Ensure all updated information is received on time from the client
- Communicating with outsourcing staff (External), project supervisor and client
- Issue monthly invoices to clients
- Follow up the payment
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisors/manager.
- Fresh Graduate or Bachelor degree of Business Admiration, HR, Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 1 experience in HR, Accounting or other Administrative works
- Good in English communication both writing and speaking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Prefer working with number and people
- Willing to work under pressure and deadline
- Good Team player
