The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, candidates, and visitors at HRINC. In addition to front‑desk and administrative duties, this role supports basic fleet and office coordination to ensure smooth daily operations and a professional workplace environment.
Front Desk & Client Experience
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails; respond to general inquiries or route them to the appropriate teams
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and professional reception and common areas
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting arrangements when required
Administrative & Office Support
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and courier services
- Assist with document preparation, filing, scanning, and data entry
- Support HR, recruitment, and outsourcing teams with administrative tasks as assigned
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for replenishment
Fleet Management Support
- Coordinate daily usage of company vehicles (booking, scheduling, and availability tracking)
- Maintain basic fleet records, including vehicle logs, fuel usage, and mileage
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance, servicing, and insurance renewals with vendors and drivers
- Monitor compliance with company fleet policies and report any issues or incidents to management
Office & Operations Coordination
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with office procedures
- Assist with coordination of office logistics, internal events, and training sessions
- Liaise with internal teams, drivers, and service providers to support smooth operations
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in receptionist, administrative, or office support roles
- Experience supporting fleet or vehicle coordination is an advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Khmer
- Professional appearance and strong customer‑service orientation
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
