The HR Officer provides support in various HR functions, including HR administration, recruitment, employee relations, training coordination, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Support and coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and timely hiring experience.
- Manage and support the office administration function to ensure operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation in both digital and physical formats.
- Prepare monthly reports: employee attendance and leave records and prepare monthly reports to support payroll processing and department efficiency monitoring.
- Support the preparation of employees’ reports, metrics, and documentation for payroll processing.
- Coordinate internal and external training activities, maintain updated training records, and collect post-training feedback.
- Coordinate employee registration and benefit administration related to medical insurance, life insurance, and social security (NSSF).
- Organize and support company events, employee engagement activities, and internal communications.
- Provide timely and professional responses to employee inquiries and support initiatives that promote a positive work culture.
- Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, company standards, and internal procedures.
- Promote and follow strict adherence to company safety policies and procedures in alignment with Schindler safety standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with integrity
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources or an administrative role
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, or training coordination is a plus
- Fluent in Khmer (required)
- English: Intermediate to advanced (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with HRIS or HR management tools is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Possesses the highest level of ethics and integrity.
- Willingness to support activities outside of regular duties as required by HR or management
