Admin & Accounting Work
- Handling HRINC’s ERP system
- Check the monthly expense claim from staff to ensure it is accurate and follow the company policy or agreement.
- Processing payment to supplier which related to the project
- Issuing invoice and follow up client on outstanding payment
- Paying vendors, Petty cash and bank reconciliation
- Filling documentation in order for each client
- Other work assign by the supervisor
Human Resource / Client Project Management
- Onboarding employee including but not limited to Collect information and prepare employee file, Prepare employee’s contract and agreements
- Ensure that all staff comply with labor compliance
- Salary tax, benefit tax, OT calculation related to staff remuneration
- Calculate and process monthly payroll including checking expenses
- Responsible on employee’s insurance coverage
- Send out pay slips to all external employees
- Handling HRINC’s ERP system
- Advice client and employees on basic information related to employment
Handle and communicate with outsourcing employees (External), project supervisor and clients
- Holding Bachelor degree of Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- Good in English communication both writing and speaking
- Fresh Graduated student or having at least 1 year of experience in HR, Accounting is a plus
- Prefer working with number and people
- Willing to work under pressure and deadline
- Good Team player.
