Responsible to manage recruitment projects under responsibility and contribute with sub-team’s financial target and KPIs, career development, and goals are met, and to do business development including HRINC branding, service marketing, customer service focus, leading and coaching team, competitor research, cultivate good work environment and team spirit.
Client’s Project Management
- Assist clients in hiring requirements and job description
- Manage resources effectively to get and qualify complete job orders
- Conduct screening, sourcing, interviewing, and shortlisting the best candidates to the clients
- List down candidate’s information, past experience, expectations, motivations and compensation for client’s report
- Follow up on feedback with clients and candidates after the interview
- Update recruitment report weekly by sending wrap up email to the client
- Negotiate compensation package with client and candidate
- Overcome objections and challenges on getting a final agreement between client and candidate.
Recruitment Administration
- Assist in building pipeline for candidate pools in Recruitment Management System (RMS)
- Update hiring status of client and candidate’s communication in system for recruitment tracking report
- Issue client’s invoice payment to Finance & Accounting team
- Do weekly achievement report to report to sub-line team leader.
Business Development
- Proactively organize and facilitate new client meetings
- Coordinate and build strong relations either with new, existing or old clients
- Assist in tracking market intelligence and environment developments
- Contribute in organizing business presentations, career fairs, events, etc.
- Contribute in marketing activities, product services, and employer branding
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Team leader/Manager.
- Holding a Bachelor of Business Administration or other related fields
- 3 or 4 years of experience in HR, Talents Acquisition, or Recruitment field
- Good English proficiency, both written and spoken
- Good Communication Skills
- Be able to use Microsoft suite and email
- Good Planning and Organizing Skills
- Open and Willing to learn new things
- Adaptability, flexibility, and strong commitment
- Love challenges and be a good team player
