The Personal Assistant will report directly to the Senior Manager and provide executive support across recruitment, communication, and business development functions. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude to support senior leadership, deliver impactful presentations, and contribute to team success within the insurance sector.
- Recruitment and Selection: Support the Senior Manager in managing vacancies, including sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting, and recommending qualified candidates for final selection.
- Schedule Management: Organize and maintain the Senior Manager’s calendar, including scheduling virtual and in-person meetings, appointments, presentations, and events.
- Communication Support: Manage internal and external communications, including phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating business training sessions, conferences, and other events, ensuring smooth execution and delivery of tailored presentations.
- Business Development: Support the development and implementation of strategies to engage clients and promote insurance products.
- Documentation: Prepare, draft, and manage critical documents, reports, and presentations for the Senior Manager, ensuring it is accurate, well-structured, and handled with utmost confidentiality.
- Professional Training: Provide training and mentoring to team members on insurance products and best practices to ensure high-quality client service.
- Confidentiality: Maintain a high standard of professionalism in managing confidential personal and business information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, IR, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Human Resource, Personal Assistant, or in a BD role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience in public speaking or training is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, email communication, and calendar scheduling tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
