Store Manager in this household retailer is responsible for managing Admin Chief and Sales Chief 's performance. At the same time, he/she needs to proceed PDCA circle of:

• Increase Customer Satisfaction Pro- Communication with related parties outside (Mall, local community, local officer etc.)
• Timely Data analysis to understand trend
• Competitors investigate

• Optimize Sales Inventory Control
• Handling complaints of sale floor
• Has one Admirable Customer Service
• Accurate Store Admin Work
• Research current situation (Market/Competitor situation)
• Build relationship with mall and another tenant
• Staff education
• Planning event/idea to increase the Sales

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 years of working experience in meaning supermarket, retail store or related field
• Good communication of English and Khmer both writing and speaking.
• Management ability
• Schedule management ability
• Ability of raising up the issue and solve the problem
• Computer skill (Microsoft office word, excel….)
• Good use of Selling and Communication Skills
• Being friendly, Talkative, and willing to work.
• Work experience at the big retail companies is greatly welcome.
