Job Summary

Assist Line Manager in Recruitment activities, New Employee Onboarding Arrangement, Employee Engagement Initiative & Event, Support Recruitment team to improve Employer Value Proposition (EVP), Charge of Expense Management of the HREE team, and other HR activities & practices to achieve FHRF & the Business's Goals.

Responsibilities and Duties

Onboarding Arrangements (core) 40%

  • Contact new employees and collect necessary documents to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Update new joiner information to BU/FU Heads and their admin teams to prepare required tools and access rights based on role needs.
  • Share and remind Line Managers to prepare Probation Evaluation Forms to ensure timely performance evaluations.
  • Create welcome posters for new employees and post them on company channels to foster a welcoming environment.
  • Organize First Day Orientation sessions and communicate with related teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Ensure completion of Probation Evaluations by reminding Line Managers and submitting forms to FHRF.
  • Maintain all document files in the FHRF SharePoint for easy access and record-keeping.

Recruitment and Selection 30%

  • Liaise with employment agencies, universities, and industry associations to attract top talent.
  • Update job postings on all job portals to ensure visibility and attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen calls and input collected CVs into the Talent Warehouse to develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
  • Arrange interviews to facilitate the hiring process.
  • Support and implement Employer Value Proposition programs such as University Career Fairs and Workshops to enhance employer branding.
  • Verify and report daily employment activity to the Line Manager and Senior Management to ensure transparency and accountability.

Employee Engagement 20%

  • Support developing and implementing yearly programs to foster a positive work environment, enhance employee satisfaction, and promote a culture of engagement.
  • Organize and analyze employee surveys and focus groups to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement and manage recognition programs to reward employee contributions.
  • Track and report key engagement metrics to the Line Manager to monitor progress and impact.

Expense Management 10%

  • Issue and manage the HREE team's expense requests and submit Monthly Expense Requests to FCFA by procedures and deadlines.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor in a business-related field or Bachelor of science in chemistry, bioengineering, or life science with a sales
  • Minimum 5 years in supervisory or 3 years in Management role.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in Sales & Marketing.
  • Several years of experience in product development, preferably in the scientific industry, are typically required.
  • Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills are crucial.
  • The ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects is also important.
