Job Summary

Compliance Assistant is responsible for supporting the Risk and Compliance division in delivering and getting the approved documents. This role will support other daily administrative tasks in the office as well as travel to the ministry office to enhance the process of document submission has been done timely and accurately.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Collect the staff information and document as required in system from HR and the relevant team
  • Handle employment book registration and stamp-in/out including the health check process and other submission.
  • Responsible for preparing, delivering, and getting the legal documents (Labor and Business-related) signed by governmental officials at the Ministry office such as Labor, Commerce, or Department of Taxation or/and related departments.
  • Follow up by phone call or email, with the above-said governmental officials or (international) clients to get the documents signed on time and ready for further processes.
  • Travel to the governmental agencies/offices (by company vehicle) to get things done accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist and facilitate clients either local or expat for any registration process at NSSF office or other public sectors if required
  • Work closely with the Finance and Accounting team for any expense claims of the department or client.
  • Other administrative tasks will be assigned by senior team and manager.
Qualifications and Skills
  • At least a fresh graduate student majoring in Law, Administration, or in the other fields
  • 1 year of experience in Legal Compliance, Human Resources, or Administration role
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Good Ms. Office Skills (Ms. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Internet, and Email
  • Be able to confidently communicate with governmental officials of all levels
  • Good communication (verbally, by phone call and email)
